WHAT IS AUGMENTED REALITY?
Augmented reality development is best defined by art meets technology. When employed creatively, it can help businesses market products and services, engage with customers and drive sales in manners unrivaled by most other medium.

HOW BUSINESSES USE AUGMENTED REALITY
There are many ways in which augmented reality can be employed to help businesses.
AR can be used to superimpose realistic 3D rendered sunglasses or clothes on a customer so that he/she doesn’t even have to try on the physical item or step into a store to make a purchase.
AR can show kids how their Lego toys will look like when fully constructed so that they can make quicker decisions on what they want their parents to buy for them.
AR can make conventional printed magazines come to life,
AR can also bring customers to your door step, like the example on the right where a Japanese aquarium which is out of the way created an AR app to use adorable 3D-rendered penguins to guide visitors to the aquarium.
